1-1 Art as Alchemy

This is not an art class, it is a space to reclaim your creative expression. If you have felt disconnected from your expressive self, wanting to connect to your creative side or intimidated by the blank page, these sessions will help you bypass the inner critic and return to the flow of creation.

Through guided journeys and supportive presence, I guide you to embody the most creative version of yourself. 

Expressing myself through art is what keeps me alive and I want to offer that to you so you can do the same. 

What to Expect:

This will be a 2 hr 1:1 session.

• Theme Exploration: We will begin by identifying a specific theme you are facing in your current life.
• Guided Meditation: I will walk you through a meditative journey to connect with the part of you that wants to express itself, translating your inner landscape into colors, symbols, and intuitive actions.
• Alchemy in Action: We use the creative process to alchemise your current experience, bringing your vision to life in a way that feels raw and authentic. This is where we will use art to experience your emotions from a perspective where you are observing it rather than living your emotions. This creates a profound shift to unlearn patterns and help resolve things you have been carrying for a while.
• Intuitive Connection: I will show you practical ways to continue connecting with your creative side intuitively, long after our session ends.
